This morning I was sitting down watching televison and then I went to stand up I remember taking about 3 steps then I felt a sudden rush of dizzyness and a little confusion then I blackedout, during the blacking out I went for the wall to brace myself that's when I came back and realized I was dizzy and needed to sit back down. Me and my husband are ttc and just wanted to know! (Thank you for all pos. info)

It could be cause your body is working overtime trying to make a baby. If it happens again though I would see a doctor, whether or not you are pregnant.

It is possible. Try eating something. Dizziness is usually caused by low blood sugar. It could be that you have not eaten and your sugar is just low or that you are pregnant and the baby wants more food.
If the dizziness continues and it is not food related, make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids because dehydration will cause this as well.
Good Luck on the baby and if the dizziness continues go to the doctor.

You might want to take an EPT, dizzyness for sure is a sign of pregnancy. Blackouts could be signs of weakness in your system, dehydration too.

you and I are in the same boat...me and my hubby are also ttc and my ovulation was last week and we tried our best and this week I am also feeling tired, dizzy, nauseous, hungry etc
So I guess we should wait until we miss the period.
