I have been trying to do that for most of my life..56 years..(Hopefully I have succeeded in at least...one 30 day stretch)!!

Absolutely. Wouldn't it be great if even 1 tenth of world population would commit to do complete random acts of kindness everyday.
Then when they say someone did something really nice for me today to their friends they will think of doing an act of kindness the next day and then kindess could ripple out over of the nine tenths of the world!
This is a great source for finding out more about random acts of kindness and acts of kindness.

I try and do it everyday not just for any specfic time line. If each of us try and do something nice for someone else could you imagine how kinder this world would be.
