It all depents on your lifestyle. If you are a priest/pastor then no I don't think it's healthy. Otherwise I think porn is a perfectly healthy thing to enjoy as long as it doesn't become a obsession. I would rather have my spouse look at porn than go out and actually participate in it or cheat on me.
