Wouldn't have a clue......but if it's brand new I would take it back or get a service engineer out to check it. Was it professionally installed? Most washing machines come with support brackets which are used to prevent drum etc moving during transportation. Check under top of machine to see if these are still in position. May have come loose and are making the noise.
