Yeah, Cillian lives in a place called London Fields, when he is in London, but he is in California a lot now. he used to drink at a bar called 'The Dove' and do his shopping in the Broadway market farmer's market and get his films from 'The Film Shop'. He also is fond of 'The Ganges' Indian Restaurant on Dalston Lane. He was around at the start of the summer but he is notably absent, maybe he'll pop back around sometime.
