i'm assuming you have used the dry erase board cleansers you need to purchase on the keep. attempt a Mr. sparkling Magic Eraser (surprising), Windex, or a rapid spray of Clorox freshen up and then wash on the instant. My 5 12 months old has a extensive dry erase board and has marked it with everlasting markers in particular circumstances and that i will frequently get all of it with those techniques.

My dry erase board came with a sample bottle of cleaner called "White Board Cleaner". Works great. When I can't find the little bottle, Windex has done as good a job.

I have used Windex before but I don't know if that is condoned by manufacturers. They want you to use their "special" cleaner.
You can try coloring over the marks with dry-erase marker and erasing again. Mr. Clean magic eraser also might work.

Isopropyl alcohol is what we use on our dry erase boards at work. It also took off perminate marker when a few made the mistake of using the wrong marker.
