that depends on a lot of thing, yes it's a plus! depending on the job,
And your other skill and characteristics
you can be the most organized person in the world but if you late everyday and don't do you job right not many business will care how organized you are
But it is a plus and I would defiantly mention it!

As long as it compliments other skills. Some people tend to be organized to the point of procrastinating on other projects. What good is it to be able to find everything and do nothing?

Yes, as long as they have other skills to back it up. Being well organized is great, but you must be able to do a good job, be reliable and trust worthy as well.
