David Trezeguet, he's very underrated, and is always overshadowed it seems. He isn't as skillful with the ball as some other players, but when it comes to finishing, he is the best inside the box.

My favorite player is Thierry Henry. He is a smooth player; good defensive skills, strong offense. He is not arrogant or a selfish player. He displays a great deal of maturity, professionalism and and a deep respect for the game as well as the other players on the field.

Zidane coz if it wasn't 4 him France would never win WC in 98
and Euro cup in 2000 and would never make it 2 the finals in 2006
Plus he is really amazing in how he controls the ball.

Zidane coz he fulfilled our dream of winning the world cup in 1998 and almost won it again for us in 2006.Coz he is a gem of a person and an ideal captain.He also won the Euro CUp 2000 for us.He lead our team to glory.He never let us down and did more than what we expected .He made us dream a dream that we could never dream before(to win the World Cup atleast once and rank #1 in the world rankings) and fulfilled it.

zinedine zidane definitely! he is a brilliant soccer player and he head butted the idiot matterazzi. he has the talent and the looks and i didn't care whatsoever about the head butt. yes, it is bad sportsmanship but i was egging him on to do more!

hmm, im not a french fan.... but i can say tht the best ever player to play for france is zidane. Eric Cantona is also very good... but my all time favorite playr in the world according to their respective positions are -
