depends on the type of pants he's wearing. Like if he's wearing a pair of dress slacks......a business suit or something then yeah you can tell because the material is flowy and so is everything else...*wink wink* But if it's jeans then no because the material is heavier and sort of keeps things in place.
LOL....and the chick who said above me "generally we aren't looking at men's pkg's" Yeah right I totally check out a guys junk and so does every other women too....it's just that we are more sly about it.

Yes most of the time the guys on my job all wear briefs and have tight assess. Only Maxie in the mail room goes commando why I will never know he has nothing at all to feature.LOL

Ha Ha Ha Ha ... do no longer the girls wish! Commando - a maximum magnificent Arnold action action picture with some very stable lines in it. i guess this will sound stupid, but what is "going commando"? and to the second part, i've personally never been able to look and tell what kind of underwear they are wearing, unless of course it's one of those guys that are wearing their pants down below their bootie and all you can see is their boxers... why do they do that anyway? it's not attractive!!

I have never paid attention......so I am not sure I will try to pay better attention LOL....I really don't think you can tell with the way men's underwear is designed.
BTW Commando is no undies

obviously he'd 'show' by the way it 'hangs' if he's not wearing any underwear (& where did this 'commando' term originate!!)...with jocky shorts, there is sometimes a visible line but not on all guys...sometimes boxers will show what a guy has, but he could be wearing boxers and not show at all!!!!!!!!!!

Cheese ball, can you tell if a girl is going commando or what type of panties she is wearing? It all depends if your pants are hiked up in your crack all the way up to your tonsils, I guess.

Generally women aren't staring at a man's package. We look at their faces and what their bodies look like.
To answer your question though, I can't tell. I think most men's pants are loose, so you can't tell.
