I'm 5'2 and 105 bls. I usually don't like to eat in the morning. I snack around 10 or 11 AM. Around 1 or 2PM have a little lunch. Then I'll have dinner around 6 PM and another little snack at 8 PM.
I don't exercise at all.

I know that if I do not eat enough my body will kick into survival mode and hold onto every single calorie (to protect its self)
I eat all the time, not a lot, but often . I do watch fat but I never go on a diet. Fat free foods have hydrogenated oils that make you fat in the long run because our bodies do not know how to process the chemical. I do not deprive myself, but I do not put butter on my food and If I want candy I will have a piece of dark chocolate or good n plenty .....
Snacks like popcorn with spray butter or some spices, veggies, I like bread, and ,like the salad trick (no dressing just dip the fork in the dressing), I do the same with Chinese food. I order it steamed with the sauce on the side ..there are many little corners to cut . I just live like that, if I was on a diet I would eat more because it is psychological for me.

Mostly genetics; instead of eating three big meals, I snack throughout the whole day ( maybe like 6-7 times), indulge in fat foods only once in awhile and I don't worry about it so much.
No exercise although I don't mind walking instead of taking a cab (reasonable distance of course) or taking the elevator.

I was 17 stone and full of muscles, then I had diabetes and I'm now 13.5 stone,Its because I have cut out sugar and fatty foods, I eat much more fruit and veg,
