Spouse = a marriage partner, husband or wife
Spice = a piquant, interesting element or quality; zest; piquancy

Plural of spouse = spouses
Plural of spice = spices

To obtain a spouse may certainly add spice to your life, but 'spouses' is the grammatically correct plural!

of cours spouse can sometimes be spice for you.but gramatically the correct plural form of 'spouse' is 'spouses'.
