I want to leave him guessing just a bit, & I don't want to be to easy.

maybe you could say theres a word that keeps popping in my head that reminds me of you...it begins with L and ends with E and if you don't guess it the first time I won't tell you what it is... if he responds well you know he has thought it too! if he doesnt he will never know what you meant and you haven't lost face, also you could always say it was something else "LIKE" for instance! good luck

I had the same problem here just a few weeks ago. I wanted to tell him, but was afraid to...very much afraid of rejection I guess. Then I thought: if something happened to either one of us, how sad that they wouldn't know they were loved; no matter what the cost. So, I found the right time, and said: i have something to say. It doesn't require that you do or say anything at all, just let me say it, then you can go back to what you were doing. I do love you, and just wanted to let you know that.
He smiled and watched me for a little bit, then I just said, now, go on and be careful out there.
He knows that I love him, but the rest is in his ball park. By the way, he's still with me.

well that's a tuff one. you can leave little subtle hints. doing things for him you wouldn't do for the average Joe. but men are at times naive and wouldn't catch on. let him no you care. though as i said they might not catch on to what your really trying to interpret. if your not read to come right out and say " I Love You" then don't. just a word for the wise. telling someone you love them and truly meaning it is never easy if you do not know there reaction.

honesty is the best policy - if you do love him you wouldn't want to leave him guessing for a bit - you would want to shout it from the roof tops - loving someone also doesn't make you easy - it makes you a normal human being!!

Telling someone that you love them is easy. Meaning it is a whole other thing.
If you need to play guessing games, I guess you are not ready to say it either way.

The way I do it is really dumb but it works really well. I have mini play fights or after I have said a sarcastic comment either to him or about him (to his face but jokingly..not actually insulting him!), I wait for his reaction then I just say...ahh relax I luv ya really and laugh a bit as tho ur kidding...it sounds stupid but it worked for me..an he stopped an said it back the way i did and we realised we loved each other but felt daft actually saying it. We didnt want to seem vunerable. lol.

tell him in Russian..he will never know, but why whould you not wish to tell him. Has he got an aversion about bieng loved, or, are you just insicure, like everyon....then so is he , he needs to be told. he will fee; better/ and loved. Stop playing games, it is a waste of a life

when he looks on you,look back at his eyes with smile as if you're telling him you're inlove with him for about 2 to4 seconds and after that , make a sweet gesture. then he will ask you what's that for, and leave him thinking and guessing.

action speaks louder than words but unfortunately i don't really know what to say to u, just try different things eg cooking and being thr for him whenever he needs u
