The Yankees and Mets have both clinched their divisions and look good enough to go all the way. What are the prospects of another crosstown series?

To answer my own Yahoo! Question, the odds are in favor of another Subway Series. The only playoff team that either the Yankees or the Mets have a losing record against (within their respective leagues) is the Yankees' record against the Athletics (3-6), but Oakland is obviously the worst of the American League postseason contenders (plus, the Yankees traveled out west to play 6 games in Oakland).

Considering the last Subway series was one of the lowest rated one on television ever I sure hope not. The only people that care about a Mets/Yankees series is people from New York, so while they are all happy the rest of the nation is bored to tears and don't even have a real underdog team to root for.

No!
There will be an all Canadian Stanley Cup final before we ever see another Subway Series.

could be but if the mets pitching can't hold up i don't see the mets making it...but the Yankees are the best team in baseball, and with Sheff coming back and Godzilla already back this team is going to be hard to beat

Nope. Neither team will get there.

I'm thinking Twins/Padres or A's/Padres.
