Are you looking for an online brokerage or a system to use to evaluate stocks?
If it's the latter, optionetics is pretty decent. They teach you how to trade, which is probably more important than just having software.
Along those lines, investools.com is a highly regarded company that teaches you how to trade too.
Finding systems that work is pretty easy. The toughest part is usually the discipline. If you've got that, and the money management skills, the rest should work itself out pretty easily.
Even systems like Wizetrade (very conservative system) or compoundedstockearnings (another conservative system) are good, as long as you follow the rules and don't expect to be rich overnight.
Take your time, follow the rules, do it right and you'll be amazed at how well things work.

People should get knowledge from others who are having minimum two years experience in the trading. Have perfect idea about the stock market ,when and where to invest in the market. It will help to fix price of the share and stop loss level to sell the share. No exceptions in cutting loss so investor can always avoid huge, damaging losses. Small investors sold winning stocks quickly and hold losing stocks more period. Thus they fall in loss in share market.

I use etrade and it is 13.00 a trade. The bad news is it 13 when I buy and 13 when I sell. so my profits have to include my 26.00 trading fees.

the one that I know of and proven is "Tradewinds Leqends"
started of with $5,000 and most of the time I made up to 20 over millions in 6 moon.
