You could try a format/reinstall, if you have your WinXP and drivers disks. If your computer is only two days old then its probably covered by some kind of warranty... get them to sort it out for you.

I had this problem before. The same thing, i scanned with ad-aware and e-trust anti-virus and it doesn't found anything. After reinstalling windows then it's ok. The computer technician said that my computer had affected by an unknown worms, futhermore sometimes anti-virus can't scan the worms.

if you want to fix this problem, first off your going to need a better antivirus program, restart pc and keep tapping f5 during boot process till you get the option to boot in safe mode with networking, goto www.symantec.com and buy the new antivirus scanner.
