Why is this an Issue...If your daughter is a minor, you take away the computer....period, out of the house, change the phone number, and get that girl in counseling.
To accept a rebellious child is a fool for a parent.
This may be an inconvenience for you, taking away a computer, but there was a time when we did not have Internet.
Having an unlisted phone number is an extra expense, but to what expense will you go for your daughter?
You are a concerned Mother, so take back the control you have as a parent.
Good Luck.

If ur daughter is under age 17,18 0r whatever the age is in your state then you need to get online with him and tell him you are going to turn him in if he does not leave ur daughter alone or tell your daughter that you are going to contact the authorities if she does not stop. Take the cord out of the back of the computer going to the computer and hide it in the trink of your vehicle, that will also stop her temporarily. Do the above I suggested. When my son was under age and living at home(16) I almost whipped a bitches *** because she was older than myself and going after my son. He's 25 now and it seems the older women still like him. I know that doesn't help but just letting you know there are other ways of dealing with this. Go to snopes.com and let you and you daughter read about these guys online that draw these young women out by meeting them online and now these girls are dead,or have been beaten really bad and now these guys are wanted for doing things to these women. It is serious.

If your daughter is over 18 there is not much you can do. But if shes not I would go to the police. No matter if its the Internet he can not be trying to go out with someone younger then 18 especially if he was naked on cam. If it was my parents they would have completely taken away my PC privileges unless I was doing something homework related. Sit down with your daughter and really have a talk with her and tell her that's its wrong for someone that old to be doing that. I would though seriously contact your local police depart. I would also take way her PC unless its for homework and give her more stuff she has to do or else she loses from privileges

How old is your daughter? If she is over the age of 19 there is nothing you can do really. She is an adult. Just let her know that you are not in agreement with this situation but that she is old enough to make her own decisions. And that you are there when ever she needs you. We all have to make our own decisions whether good or bad. That is how we learn from our mistakes, but most importantly be there for her. Good luck.

You don't mention how old your daughter is, but regardless of that it's your home. Find out who this guy is if you can and report him. Report him anyway and let the cops track him down. He sounds twisted...what kind of "man" has a web cam and does that nasty stuff? Does your daughter think she's his one and only? I'd shut the computer down. Lock it up or remove it from the house if you have to. Good luck to you both.

i don't know how old your daughter is,but if she lives in your house i say she can abide by the rules or get out.if she is young contact the police,if not she should know the dangers of giving out personal information on the internet.age difference isn't a problem if you are old enough to be responsible for yourself, not living with mommy.

Hello-
If she's over 18 it's honestly out of your hands just sit back and have faith she will do the right thing and if she doesn't hope she learns from her mistakes and doesn't repeat them I am 23 years old and have been dating a 47 year old man . I enjoy all the time we spend together we have alot of fun. He has taught me alot and helped me out a lot. PI know it's unusual but. Bottom line is IF she's old enough you have to giver her enough space to make mistakes and learn from them. Just be very supportive and you'll se things will turn out great. If she's still a minor I would inform the police.

If she is under 18, you should report this man to the authorities.
I tell you from my own experience, that children usually do what they are not supposed to, what you try to forbid them...Instead of telling NO,NO, NO, try to talk to her asa friend would, making her clear, that she could do a very big mistake this way.
It depends on what relationship the 2 of you have...

You do not say how old your daughter is, but this should be a matter for the police. Contact them immediately.
