anything you buy airside is allowed on board. i work as cabin crew and when i go through staff security you can see all the water, perfume, food, everything being security scanned for sale. as long as you buy the stuff from airport shops in the departure lounge, you can take anything on board. as long as you're not travelling to the usa.

Duty free is fine. Bottles brought from outside the airport can have anything in. Liquids bought at duty free are sealed and the contents are known. I think flights to and from America are still a bit stricter tho.......

If your flying into the UK you are allowed to bring in perfume and alcohol.
if your flying from the UK then only liquids bought in the duty free.
Was on holiday last week and that is what it was like for me.

well if they're still selling it in duty free then theyre encouraging you to take it on borad. therefore if theyre selling it you have the right to ake it on board with you

Yes you can but make sure you keep the receipt to prove that you bought it in a transit area.

It doesn't matter if it's sealed or not. I don't think they will allow it. I wouldn't risk it unless you don't mind if it gets thrown away.
