That would be anything inappropriate for the setting. To me, it would include any sexually oriented remark directed to me that I did not do anything to solicit. I would not consider it to include an offhand remark made generally -- it would have to be directed to me before I would consider it harrassment.

Also, a one time incident is not harrassment. It is only after you have made it clear to the other person you do not appreciate their inappropriate attention, and that attention continues, that it becomes harrassment.

Any unwelcome comment or action that makes me suddenly feel embarassment, hyperconsciousness, discomfort or shame about my body parts and/or makes me feel unsafe and vulnerable to a possible physical assault.

A sexually harassing moment is one that does NOT fit into the scenario where it is happening. What might be just annoying in a bar at 1:00 AM would be horrifically inappropriate in a work office at 10:32 AM.

Anything that is not welcomed or makes me feel uncomfortable. If a guy at work who i knew really well slapped my butt, i would punch him in the arm and have a laugh or do it back because i know him and don't feel threatened , where as if i didn't know him I would feel uncomfortable and slap him with a sexual harrasment claim. It depends on the sort of person the alledged harrasser is. If they are a deviot who wants sex from me or just a mate mucking around, I feel it makes all the difference. Great question!

calling my boobs tacos, telling me I need a girdle, kissing me on a job interview when no one is there, grabbing my private parts
and threatening to rape me, pulling out your penis on top of a joke paper to shock me, making any rude comments about my sexuality, or over the top comments. You look nice today is still okay

Making sexual innuendos with me to play with my mind on the job, being sexually suggestive; staring at my *** and making
a comment, staring at my boobs and making comments
staring at my legs and making comments. touching me when no
one is looking and being seductive, putting me in any situation
where you know I am uncomfortable with your sexual advances
whether confused or angry or shocked or scared or tempted
and playing on my insecurities.

Any unwanted, un-solicited, sexual advance from anyone is harrassment. You should only have to say "no" once.
