I am prone to urinary tract infections, so I have to take precautions like drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice, but lately, after sex, I feel all irritated down there. Occasionally it turns into a UTI, but most of the time it's just irritating. When we use a condom, I don't have the problems. Does anyone else have to deal with this? Have you mentioned it to your doctor?

You might have an slight alergic reaction to your husband. A low dose antibiotic can be perscribed by your doctor if you have UTI's often this might help

Is you partner not circumcised? If not your UTIs and infections are being caused by his bad hygiene. Tell him to pull back the foreskin and soap up that bad boy everyday.
