I have a complex meritocratic system of voting rights all ready to put in place for when I am Queen of the World.

You will be allowed one vote if you fulfil two or more of the following criteria:

1. IQ above 120
2. Been on a protest march
3. Watch Question Time
4. Have cool taste in music (all borderline decisions will be referred to me with right of veto)
5. Have bought me at least 500g of sweets

Automatic exclusion applies to anyone who's ever voted UKIP, BNP or bought the Daily Mail.

Ashley Peacock. He can't vote because he is not real. I know to many but Corrie characters may seem real but they are fictitious SO just like Santa he can't vote. The right to vote is a very wonderful thing you do not realise how precious it is until it has been taken away. I live in Japan and I have done for 15 years I own a house here and I have full residence status. I am allowed to pay all taxes but I am not allowed to have a say in where they go. I am not allowed to vote. I right to vote is a honour that you should be so glad to have.

Theoretically yes although very few people would be allow to vote! Also, can you imagine Parliament debating what criteria should be used to class someone as a d*ckhead? I'm up for it for that reason alone!
