Look to your lease and to state landlord-tenant law. Different states and some cities have differing laws about landlord-tenant relations. Without knowing where you live, it is hard to say.

on that day and time and this now includes weekends, sunday in some cases is a expemtionn in some cases(its geting too be tat sundays is just like any other business day) anyways when you give notice in most siutatuionns you have owe around 33 days too vacate r the premisees which means if you have a security deopsit coming out of this-- they want 33 days proving that on the 32 day they can come in, look the place over and you dump your keys off, if you need that extra day-- counting 33 now use it but after that you will be stuck with another months rent no mater if your actually living there or not until they get your keys bye law in thee hands you wil pay dearly take our advice!!

You must give a proper notice. If you are a month-to-month renter than you have to give at least a week's notice to vacate. if you are on a lease you must give a 30-day notice to vacate.

From my experience you should have at least 14 to 30 days to remove yourself and all personal belongings from the premises. If you have a copy of your lease agreement, read through it and see if it says anything about the landlords policies regarding your notice to move. If you don't have your lease, request one from the landlord. As long as you're not breaking your lease you should have at least 2 weeks to move.

Depends on the terms of the lease. If you signed a year long lease you must wait until the lease is up
If not generally you have to give 30 days written notice

In some states you are required to give 30 days notice unless your lease has expired. Check your lease and the small print should tell you the answer.
