I know that there are vampires but i dont know if there are warewolfs.Please answer.

Unfortunately Oblivion (TES IV) does not feature werewolves. Only TES III: Morrowind--Bloodmoon has them. Perhaps one of the expansions will put werewolves in?

There were no Werewolves in Morrowind in the beginning either, until they released the mod.
They'll probably release a mod after some months.

Im not sure my cousin has it though i think there is because there are some wierd creatures in the volcanoes and stuff over there.

nope, no werewolfs in oblivion. if they make an expansion it might but not now.
