If that person has access to your computer it doesn't matter how many times you change teh password. everything you do is logged into the computer by a keylogger program that keeps all details of passwords, emails, websites, creditcard numbers.... everything.
If they have acces to your comp, put in a program that scrambles everything you do. It encrypts the letters and numbers by going over them bunches of times with other letters and numbers so you can't tell which one was the origional.
IF he doesn't have access to your comp, then i don't see how he is getting your passwords?

Changing the password is the best place to start. Usually when someone gets into an account, it is not because they are good at computers. It is because they are good a guessing and managed to guess the password. So reset it something that they would never guess. My favorite way to great a password is to the think of a famouse quote like "To be or not to be, this is the question". Then I use the first letter of each word "tbontbtitq". Nobody will ever guess that password, but I can type it real easy by just saying the phrase in my head.

I dont't think they could bypass a password and go directly in your account first: If a website developer is much a genius than the hacker he can't just jump into the server and do something to the members... I good website developers has precautions on how hackers would enter.. Second before changing any passwords sush as in yahoo your are required to answer other questions before changing like a secret question and data's from what you fill up during your application..

Only shall he knows all those answers either by a keylogger software or He/She is behind you when you are creating your account... hehehehe
