family shouldnt interfere.
he should tell her that she shouldnt do that and keep quiet. There r other conversations to have.
If it is causing problems then let guy and girl sort it out with eachother.
If he tells her not to and she still does it then there is no hope

You don't say what kind of problems.
No you should not tell him to dump her it is his business not yours.
What you could do is tell her his personal life is their business not the family's and she needs to keep it to herself.
Has she been told it causes problems by anyone?
Sometimes peoples don't know they are doing something until it is brought to their attention. If you tell her about it and it don't stop when she does it again. Just say I don't want to hear it and walk away. She will get the hint sooner or later.
