fwe tips from my side:
as u know Knowledge process Outsourcing is all about knowledge..and getting knowledge peoples in India is not that simple..
KPO requires people from every stream..mainly post graduate one's...or it can be lawyers or doctors....as u need to contact them ..on ur own ..

keep on updating urself with day to day happenings..in the KPO industry..
