Since Larry Johnson has a bye, I have to start one of my two bench RB's, which is DeShaun Foster and DeAngelo Williams.

I've been un-decisive this whole week on who to put in, because these two backs usually split the 1st and 2nd halfs. Any suggestions?

I'd go with Williams, I don't see Foster doing much more than what he's already done...when Williams busts through the line and averages 6, 7, 8 yards a carry it will become obvious to Fox that he needs to be the starter.

i would go with Deshaun Foster hes got more expierence and he knows how to get through the TB D but Deangelo doesnt hes a rookie hes not gunna know much about other teams D do to lack of experience...Deshaun knows the weak side the strongside who can do what and that helps him to prevail and its important in this one because if they lose the go behind 0-3 in the division John Fox will start the guy with more expierence in this important game....

Williams. Tampa may be playing lousy, but their D is still a force to be reckoned with and they always play CAR hard. Foster is fragile and Williams is young and fresh and will probably get more carries.

Look for a starter or trade. Two backs that split time are a no-no for fantasy football.

I would have to recommend williams. they essentially split carries and williams is more explosive so he has a better chance of breaking a big play.
