Drako told you right u will be using your minutes up costing you both ways some calling card will have an additional charge i bought one at wal mart international and it has an 80 cents charge initial call for every call using my cell

Sure you can. When i was working in the US, a friend recommend viapin.com, that is a company that sells international calling cards, I used it and work fine from a cell. OH and a extra thing is that there is no aditional cost.
