If you ever have the opportunity to own a business, and one of your employees gives notice, aren't you going to expect them to earn their paycheck right up to the last time they walk out the door?

What about your co-workers? Don't you think they see you sitting at your desk, doing nothing but websurfing, collecting a paycheck and sticking at least one of them with your unfinished work?
