Our copier has pooped out. Does anyone have recommendation for a good basic copier? Thanks!

A scanner is a good idea. You can scan documents to pdf, save them on a server and/or CD/DVD, email them, and print them. Computer files are less likely to be lost than paper, and emailing is cheaper, more secure, much better quality and easier than faxing.
