Anyone can beat the Texans. Colleges, High Schools, and even some junior highs can probably beat the Texans.

yes they can the redskins have more offenseive weapons for example: Clinton Portis, Antwon Reandle el, Sanatana Moss, T.J. Duckett.
The texans dont really have much on offenese or Defense on O they got Eric Moulds and David Carr that not a lot and their defense has gotten a little better than last year but the skins will win the game..

Texans could win at home, but both teams are desperate at 0-2. Skins have more potential and more talent, so maybe are the best bet here.
