Very disappointing - no one has provided any direct quotes; everyone just wants to spout their own opinions.
Sadly, only two people think they need to provide a reason to justify their position. Apparently everyone else thinks that if they just repeat themselves over and over, they will convince someone.
"bassist_of_light" - I'll bet you can't even quote something Al Gore said, and if you now go running off to look olne up, you won't be able to refute it.
Bill - don't you know that your commander in chief has acknowledged global warming is real?
"Just Yak'n" - well, at least you have some sort of justification. Tell me - have you ever heard of the fallacy "guilt by association"? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guilt_by_association
Stan - every scientist knows that we have had warm periods and ice ages before, including those scientists who believe that humans are causing the current one.
I'm guessing by these responses that knowledge of a subject is inversely related to feeling.
