I have a flu or maybe Mono my symtoms are runny nose fever always tired my snot i know this is gross but it is not clear its kinnda greenish!! And my throat hurts?! How do i get better?!

Sounds more like the common cold to me. At any rate all three are treated essentially the same way. Treat the symptoms and wait for the body to heal itself. Lots of fluid to maintain hydration and flush toxins. Tylenol for fever. Lots of rest. I personally use Zicam nasal swabs to fight viral infections, and it works pretty well, usually shortens duration of a cold from 14 days to 2 to 3 days.

First off gargle with warm salt water just heat up the water and put two tea spoons of salt in and stir and then gargle all of it and don't swallow... Next lots of fluids and rest try and eat what you can like soups and crackers and last but not least you might need to go see the Dr. or the Er for antibiotics... Rest is the best thing you can do. Both are a virus and the oonly thing you can do is wait it out. However, with your green nose, sore throat, and fever you could also possibly have a sinus infection and if I were you I would go to the doctor and let them check you for one because they can give you medicine for that!

You don't have mono.
You may have a COLD. Go see the doctor, in case you have a sinus infection, you will need antibiotics to get rid of the infection.
