Increase your healthy calories, i mean don't eat loads of cake, increase you protien, find out how many pounds you weigh, then multiply that by 1.5 to 2 and the figure you come up with is the amount of protein in grams that you should be eating per day, broken down into 4 to 6 meals.

Mix the protein with bananas, eat lean meat, drink loads of water, 2-3 litres a day if you can. mix protien drinks (good quality brands, at least 30grams per serving, twice a day) with weight gainers. don't eat more than this cos you body will just throw it out. use creatine on a 2 month cycle before and after training then have 2 months off. A good product is Cyclone from Maxi muscle, and lamuscle also do good weight gainers, superb creatine and good protein. you get what you pay for with protien. get protien with added Amino acids and glutamine.

Train heavy three or four times a week but don't injure yourself. the best way to work out what heavy is for you is you should be doing 6-10 reps of the excercise, if you can do more, you're too light.

Then rest rest rest, 8 hours kip a night at least and cut the alcohol down, it affects good quality sleep.

good luck

Diet - plenty of protein (chicken, beef, fish etc) and consider protein shakes to supplement your diet. You may also consider Creotine which is legal (you can buy it in any health / fitness shops) but be aware of the side-effects it may have.

Exercise - you prob know this all ready, but to bulk up hit the weights - do heavy weights with low reps (consider pyramid sets where you increase the weight each time and lower the reps).

Good luck!
