Naaah he's not gay. He's a good looking bloke with plenty of style and the women love him, but he's not gay.
Apparently he's Catholic and doesn't believe in sex before marriage - he's quite outspoken about it I believe.

One of my close mates attends the same Church as ol' Dermot, every Sunday. It's a little-known fact that he's a devout Christian, and is not actually gay. It wouldn't make a difference though - whichever way it was.
