how much does it cost to fix scratches on bumper?

i have a 2001 hyundai accent, there are deep scratches and gashes and paint on the bumper where this guy hit my car. how much would this cost? would they just paint it or havet o get a new bumper?

the bumper can be repair like new .check and fine a know vehicle body painter.cost i say if bumper have to be remove $150 to $200 us
