Yes, there is a regimine of natural products that can be used, first you need to know about scabies: they are caused by the itch mite known as Sarcoptes scabiei, that burrows under the skin to feed and lay eggs. Itching is usually most intense when the person is in bed or after showering. You should have a skin scraping of the affected area to determine if in fact it is SCABIES.
Also, the mites can remain dormant in bedding for months waiting for a warm victim to revive them. If you are given Kwell or other lindane-containing meds, it can be hazardous. I had scabies in college, and the products I used contained tea-tree oil
which will kill, parasites, staph, strep, e-coli, bacteria and fungus.
Fortunately it worked well. I still use the products because of so many other things that chemical cleaners contain. Please see your nearest Health Deptartment, sometimes they have more awareness of parasite breakouts and treatment options.

Scabies is highly contagious and therefore you shouldn't delay getting treated.
The only effective way I know of is to go to a Doctor and get prescribed a topical lotion, which you have to paint all over every inch of your body.
However I did a little research on Google and found this that might be helpful...

Good luck.

When I had scabies I got rid of them quickly by rubbing gasoline on my genitals. It burns a bit but works, and saves an embarassing trip to the doctor.

scabies are highly contagious and if they happen to be norweigen scabies then thats worse, you could go to the doctors but alternatively you can get the appropriate lotion from any good chemists. you will need to wash all you bed linen and towels and clothes daily. the lotion will need to be rubbed over a clean dry body and left on for about 24 hours, make sure you rub it in between your toes and fingers and in the moist areas where you sweat, then it has to be washed off and it will need to be repeated i think within 7 days, dont forget to minimise your contact with other people and WASH THEM CLOTHES, as their eggs could be on them and re-infect you. hope this helps.

okay okay ya got a right old flippin hell of a ***** there, go to the chemist and get 2 bottles of Quellada, it's nit lotion (trust me on this one, I had this 3 yrs ago when working as a chef in old folks home). Stand in shower or bath and cover yourself with the lotion from neck down & I mean cover every inch of your body. stand for a few mins until lotion dried, leave it on for a full 24 hrs then have a bath or shower...repeat this process 1 week later with the second bottle even if you no longer itch still do it.

You need Derback (what they use on head lice) its obviously not a natural product but a chemical one, dab it all over your body (not your bits though) it will take 3 days maybe more to clear up, you also have to wash all bedding.
