What kind of noise is it? is is metallic, a rattle or rubbing noise. Do you have any problem with road handling at speed? does it wander, Steering vibrate? any of these take it back slowly and carefully to the dealer you bought it from, if it is major or even something silly the dealer should do it free of charge as the car is only 2 years old. As long as you have had it serviced properly then they won't have any reason to tell you to get on your bike.
I think all will be fine, especially if you are a pretty young ladiy it's amazing what you girls can get by just twinkling those pretty eyes of yours. Good luck, but don't leave it too long, get it seen to asap as it could be a serious steering or suspension fault, then again it could be as simple as you have picked up a stone either in the front axle or around front brakes area.
Take care and drive safely, don't go above 30mph until you get it checked out.
Please drop me a line and let me know how you get on. Regards Bubbles Jimmy LOL

mud flaps rubbing on the wheel, brake indicator touching the brake discs warning the brakes are low, wish bone which supports the front shocks linkage broken. if its inside the van it could be the linkage that joins the steering wheel coloum to the main shaft in the engine bay.

Thoughts? Tea and cookies spring to mind. As to your car...2 years is to young for anything I can come up with.

I can only think you hit something and it scraped something that has been bent. Check it you can see any damage.
