Aerobics. Because there are so many different exercises to tone each part of your body. Yoga seems more like a balance exercise rather than toning, and Salsa is just going to work your stomach and maybe hips.

If you are exercising in order to achieve perfection, nothing will satisfy you. To exercise for health and have fun doing it, water aerobics is fun and will change your shape. Dancing and yoga are other excellent choices. Walking a dog is good exercise as well.

Yoga can be a great friend during diets. I were able to go from a size 12 to a size 8. That's what it looks like when 19 lbs vanishes.
I followed the weight loss methods described on this site http://yogafitness.toptips.org
I am sure they can help you *** well. check it out

If you are thinking of slimming you waistline and boosting your hips - Bellydancing
If you are thinking of pumping up the muscles and improving stamina - Aerobics
If you are thinking of toning your already trained muscles and finding your center - Yoga
Overall, I still think gym and a trained gym instructor is the best to get a PERFECT body shape. Because you should have different excercise to work out the many different parts of your body muscle.
Have fun!

There is no one exercise that will get you in the shape that you want. You need to do a variety of exercises such as cardio, strength training, & something simple as pilates. Keep in mind you have to eat right (healthy) too!
By the way, you can even jump rope, it works!

Sounds like your body is in good shape.
It may now be time to try volunteer work. Habitat for Humanity will give you plenty of good varied exercises and give you even more that that 1/4 inch more of purely physical "perfection"
