If you're stuck with that line you're going to have to go with short routes, quick release, 3-step drop, ya know? If you can move, you might try rolling out.. if your backs can block too :) Sounds tough no matter what, though.

In theory, you should only need 3 seconds from the time you take the snap to the time you unload the ball. When I say "unload," that means throw it, whether it's to an open receiver or safely out of bounds.
Otherwise, you can play-action fake, which should cause oncoming rushers to pause at least for one step (which may be all you need, as one step can make a big difference in FB).
Or your coach can roll you out, usually to your strong side (your right if you're a rightie) as it's easier for you to throw. But that can be predictable, so even rolling you to your weak side can get you away from the pass rush, again just for a couple of extra steps.
The bottom line is you can't hold onto the ball for more than 3-4 seconds. Learn to throw it away.

Throw screen passes since your line already seems to know how to screen block.
Also change the formation with a fullback and two running backs and put your WR on the line (to get the required seven people on the line). Have the FB and a RB block and throw left and right pitches to the other RB with a guard doing the run blocking.

My advice is to actually take some reps with the offensive line watch how bad you get beat. Then thank god, they give you the 4 seconds you should get. Cause odds are unless your David Carr your line isn’t the problem. You are. Remember football is a team sport, you can’t do anything with out the Offensive line, and I mean anything. You can’t run the ball you can’t kick the ball you can’t pass the ball. So instead of casting blame on someone else look at yourself, maybe it is your fault. Its funny Dan Marino used to do commercials where he got his Offensive line gloves; Barry Sanders broke the 2000-yard mark not for himself but cause his Offensive line wanted him to. So spend a day in the Offensive lines shoes and you’ll see it’s not their fault

Don't play too well in college. That way you won't be a top draft pick and you'll be able to play for a real team.

throw them under the bus. shame them into performing better. That's what Peyton Manning would do. And he's a superstar.
