In literature, paintings, films wherever we look, there r loads of theories on emotional commitments. But see how we react to children, mentally retarded pple, old pple & animals. They ARE true examples of emotional creatures, but we r never truly attached to them emotionally. Then why do we act innocent & talk about emotional involvements ?

i think you are asking if humans have been sensitive to other's emotions??? and can they truly have emotional commitments with other humans???
yes, humans are emotional beings. but the majority are sensitive to their own emotions, ie, they expect others to care for their emotions, but are seldom sensitive to other's emotions. they are self centred as far as their emotions are concerned. but there are people who are sensitive to other's feelings too - like those of children and the aged and also of animals. hence there are professions like counselling where counsellors truly care for others' emotions and are empathic. and there are organizations like PETA where people are concerned about the feelings of animals too.
however many people may be insensitive, God sees that He creates sensitive humans too to take care of all those less fortunate ones. dont you worry. WE CARE :))

I say no. Human being cant ever been in love with true emotions for ever. Yes, for a moment he feels that he can do any think to keep his loved one happy, but i think no body is such commited to keep this emotions for long.
I think love is in literature, paintings and film only.

a humbeing nothing but a trained and intelliengeence animal. but because of intelligency he lost his nutural emotions. he thouhgt that he is right always and at any age he think he is best. this thought made him miserable. offcourse his nuturality present itself at some times where he forget about hisego. when we see
somthing which is not usefull to us but than also we are atrracted towards it then it can be a true love.

cause its a deep issue and nobody likes to embarass themselves by talking about their emotions. it doesnt seem to be a girl or guy thing to be talking about emotions.
