Sure, but it will cost you a ton. It cost one of my sons more to go to a state college in CA as a resident - then it does now as a nonresident in our new state paying full pop. The on campus housing is where they get you $$$ wise.

USD, UCSD, SDSU, USIU
Mesa is a junior community college in Clairemont and is known by the acronym - Morons Entering School Again, kind of like high school w/o bells. My favorite college is USIU, US International University. Good Luck to you.

Find a way to prove residency for a year. We have the best of the best schools in San Diego, but even if you can prove residency you still have to hve the aptitude to make it. Think that EVERY one wants to go to San Diego for school. Also though remember there is a short cut for anything if you want it bad enough

Yes, you will just have to pay out-of-state fees that are significately higher than resident fees. I went to San Diego State University but if you are trying to go to a Junior College right now, I recommend San Diego Mesa College.

A resident of the state or a resident of the country? You can go to any college in the country no matter what state you live in, but if you aren't a citizen of this country then no

Yes you can as long as you have the grades and scores to get in and you have a boatload of money to pay the out of state rates. You should look for a small private school in SD, the state schools are outrageous.

I went to UCLA and the out of state rates were crushing even back in 1982!

You do not have to be a resident to go to college in any state. Generally the tuition is lower for local students. You do have to be in this country legally.
