1. go to kmart or target or similar store
2. purchase a toilet brush and liquid cleaner
3. go home an squeeze the cleaner in th toilet bowl per instructions
4. scrub the bowl with the brush
5. repeat as needed on a regular basis

I used to have that problem too. I used to have these massive turbo dumps that left insane skid marks. I went out and bought a brown toilet. You know how hard it was to find one of those??? Well, anyway, I still have the skidmarks, but nobody can see them anymore. Plus, I never have to scrub the toilet again, its AWESOME!

Let bleech soak over night and then scrub with a toilet brush in the morning.. if not try soaking vinegar and lemon in the toilet

Have you tried your friends tootbrush, the one with sonic action.
A handfull of kittens works well also, just don't flush them.
