If you are born poor & eventually become very rich, the upper classes will still regard you as a peasant, but a rich one. There are some top politicians & business men who come from working-class backgrounds but the media constantly reminds the public of their origin. So,no,you cannot work your way up,because it's not about money,it's about breeding.

Class is an abstract, you either have it or you do not.
Education is a part of it, but knowledge is a greater part, good manners too, along with a desire to help others, do good for all of mankind and to live by the natural law of *man.
Money has nothing to do with it, correct behaviour does.
Even the most highly educated man is capable of possesing not one small jot of the knowledge required to interected fluently with his fellows and therefore not having any class whatsoever. Yet the most humble man from the poorest background, can have within him more class than many others because he has knowledge of life and of his fellows and advances through life accordingly.
I think that here in England, indeed in all of the old world, we are more in touch with knowledge and it is here that you will find it most, because of ancient tradition, upbringing and education along with true *Christian moral values.
So yes, class can beget class, but, just as easily it can throw up many of the odd anomalies that history does record. Many Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses, Earls and Barons have been utter tyrants, despite the highest levels of education and closeness to the church and to the court.
As for the percentage, I think it is probably 40% with a good standard of education and of them 5% with class.

School education never made people socially education nor intelligent.
You can do well if you have the intelligence potential that you can develop through academic education, still only the addition of life and social education will make all the difference to come across somebody with charisma.
But if you do not go through the academic education but you have all the other qualities of human nature that brings other admiration: intelligence, social education, awareness..... You can do very well indeed and nothing can stop you to achieve wherever you want to go.
I know some people with MBA really average intelligence wise, who have difficulty with grammar and ending with low-entry level clerk job at almost 40 years..... I know some people who left school at 16 and running their own multi-milions company at 37 years old......

As long as you act civilized and educated no one can tell you're class. I was raised working class in South Africa, but have been in the UK for 3years, and people often assume I'm middle or upper class, cause my education and general knowledge is so good.
If you act like a chav (British working class) you'll get labeled one, likewise if you act posh, people will assume you're from a rich family.
I dont know the percentage, but I'd say there is more working class than upper class people.(Simply cause more Sun newspapers are sold than any other)

First question - The Fuhrer was right in wanting to sterilize the simple minded in order to keep the race strong.
Second question - The retards are on the rise as we pay poor white trash to reproduce. Council housing and benefits are awarded to any female who gets pregnant, whether fit to rear offspring or not. Unfortunately there is no stigma attached to lack of intelligence or things would change.
Lastly - Money is the God of the "upper classes". In an age where an orange skinned slapper or some retarded football player are treated like Royalty, all you need is money for the media and public to lick your ****!

I don't think education is anything to do with how people are, I know a vast amount of people, some very well educated but not a bit street wise and totally lacking in social skills, I know some people who had the basic years at school and came away with no qualifications and they are the most honest, caring up front people I know, it is how you put yourself across and not how your educated.
