COMPLEXes sorry, i had misread the question but my answer is now edited.
complexity = difficulty and the plural of that is complexities.
if you're saying:
he has an inferiority complex.
but -
they have superiority complexes...
then as far as i'm aware, thats the rules...
the word complex could, as someone pointed out, be an adjective
Eg.
The problem is a complex one. (in which case there is no plural)

As an adjective there is no plural.
i.e: Things are complex. the issue is complex.
As a noun it would be a 'complexity' and the plural 'complexities'

Complex as a noun like superiority complex and inferiority complex are abstract nouns. So they have no plurals or one must use complexes as plural of complex. Complex is also an adverb and can not have a plural number. Plural numbers for words like VERY are not possible.

so the plural is complexes.
if ur talking about complex as an adjective, that has no plural.
