If I understand your cryptic question...The worst part of oneself is like a Pandora's Box. All kinds of evil stuff jumping out when you don't want it to, or when you least expect it.
What she meant was that she kept saying horrible things to him when she didn't mean to. She didn't understand where it was coming from.

Pandora's Box is referring to the Greek legend where Pandora had a magical box that contained all the evil in the world. She was told that she absolutely could NOT open it, but the temptation was too great. She unlocked the box, opened it, and evil started flooding out. She immediately regretted opening the box, and shut the it quickly, stopping the rest of the evil from getting out, but the stuff that was released could never be contained again.
He is saying that everyone has a "Pandora's box" inside themselves, where they are hiding all their evil thoughts and wants. Sometimes, when you can't resist anymore, you open that "box" and release some of it and you can never take it back. You immediately regret what you've done, because you knew you shouldn't have done it but you just couldn't resist. At that moment, you feel that you are at your absolute worst, as a person. You couldn't fight the temptation to remain a "good" person and keep your "evil" contained, and in doing so, you've released your "evil" onto another person.

Humans possess two natures...one good and one bad. That is the theme of the myth of Pandora's box. Supposedly, people were very good because all the evil that people were capable of doing was kept locked in that box. Pandora gave in to temptation and curiosity and opened the box, unleashing evil upon the world that has been impossible to contain since. In the movie to which you refer, Kathleen was referring to the bad side of her nature that had been unleashed by her intense dislike and resentment of the corporation that was putting her out of business. She had considered herself a good person up to that point and was afraid and disappointed by the bitter person she felt she was becoming and was afraid she might not be able to contain or control her dark, angry side.

The second sentence is just a poetic way of explaining the first. What she was trying to ask was if he ever let all of the bad things inside of himself come to the surface at once. Everyone has a darkside, and she was upset because she unleashed hers on somebody.
