Neither Will or Jack on the show are gay, they are just really good actors...but It would be really cool if they were!!!!RAINBOW COALITION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will Truman is played by Eric McCormack. And yes, as others have stated - he is as straight as they come. I'm sorry you've missed the interviews with him where he has discussed his times and tributes in taking on a "gay" role...
Jack McFaland is played by Sean Hayes. He has been interviewed many times and has repeated this sentence in almost every interview:
When it comes to his sexuality, Hayes doesn't really want the public to know. "I don't wanna say I'm straight or I'm gay," he told Hollywood Online in 1998, "I want to keep everything open so as no one can form any opinions about me, because this world that we live in isn't all that forgiving."
I don't the the reasons folks above for saying he is straight - and I don't know which way he goes - but if he isn't gay - well, maybe he should consider...

The guy who plays Will is straight and married. I am not sure about the guy who plays Jack. Can you get any gayer? Although, the guy who played Leslie, who in real life is named Leslie is gay. He is really very funny too. I saw his one many show.

I think Jack might be, but I have heard neither is. I would believe either report though! Either they are or they are tremendous actors! (What a shame if Will is though, hes so cute! And have you noticed how he got all muscle-y? mmmm

Absolutly not!! neither of them are. and think what it must be like to be labled as such, just because your such a good actor..that you can pull it off that well, i love them,what a great ,fun show!!!
