No it's not true. My first ex husband is a size 12 and his penis is a 6. My last husband is a size 9 and his penis is a 9.5. My current bf is an 8 and his penis is an 8 as well.

Big hands, Big thumbs, big noses do not necessarily equal a big penis. The biggest dick I ever saw personally was while I was in the army and one of the sergeants maybe all of 5'6" and 130 lbs had a dick that would have made John Holmes envious it literally hung halfway to his knees and belonged on a donkey. This guy loved coming into the shower room are and showing it off....hell, I would have too.
I also used to work in a hospital and used to put catheters in Urology patients, there was occasionally some impressive equipment there too.
