If on your screen is only a shortcut to the file, delete the file the shortcut refers to. To do that, right-click the icon on your desktop, select "Properties" and, in the dialog box that appears, click the "Shortcut" tab then click the "Find target" button". The folder containing the file will open. In that folder, delete the selected file, close the folder window and cancel the "Shortcut to.... Properties" dialog box to close it. Now delete the shortcut from your desktop.
If the file is saved right on the desktop, just delete the file from your desktop.

it is a spyware named as dialer you cannot remove it by
shfit+del
you have to download ad-aware se and spybot update it and run a full system scan this will solve your problem
