Its actually the Forth fret. So Start on Low E Fret 4 (which is Ab) and tune the A String to Ab. Now move up to the 5th fret on the Low E and Tune the Low E to the Ab that you just tuned the A string to and then tune the rest on the guitar the way that you would any other time with the E5-A5-D5-G4-B5 pattern. Which now will be Eb5-Ab5-Db5-Gb4-Bb5

Tune to the 6th fret instead of the 5th
