I was recently in a car accident and have to pay to fix my car, so to make ends meet this one time i am looking for a state funded, federal, or private scholarship program.

I don't know of any scholarship thing, but what I have is through the state (NJ) and I went through Social Services to get it. It's basically a daycare subsidy. They'll pay a set amount (depending on the age of the child) and if the daycare costs more than that, then you'll have to pay the difference. I would go to your local Social Services office and see what they have. They should be able to help you. When I first started (it gradually went up over the last couple of years) I was paying $45 a week for daycare for two children, and the state was paying the other $250 a week. It really does help.

They do reviews every few months, and as you make more money, they gradually increase the amount you have to pay. Even if you only use it for a month or two while you get back on your feet, it's well worth it. Good Luck.

Try your local government they usually have programs like day break to help if you qualify. Also talk to your daycare they can probably point you in the right direction for help.

Have you checked with like the local welfare office?Sometimes they ccanhelp out to make things easier and you may qualify for it long term. I know most states havre programs like this to make it more feasible for parents towork without it hurting the pocket book so badly. UI hope this helps.

The YWCA has a program, but it's based on your income.
